Ali and Dean started D3 Alliance in 2017 and since then have provided a range of services and projects to various clients. Additional team members are available for short term and long term contracts based on the project requirements and skills needed.

Dr Ali Dale is a published author and sought after speaker, facilitator, and coach in the field of the application of neuroscience and psychology to safety, wellness and leadership performance.

Ali has provided consulting and coaching services, and managed large-scale organisational change projects across 32 countries throughout the world. She has held a variety of positions throughout her career including being academic, project manager, principal psychologist and executive leader within a global safety consulting organisation.

Ali has a PhD in Clinical and Health Psychology, as well as a Masters and Bachelors degree in Psychology.

With a Bachelor of Engineer (Civil) and Grad Certificate of Management. Dean has predominantly worked in construction during his career, starting as a site engineer and progressing to General Manager of a Structural, Mechanical and Piping business unit.

This experience has provided Dean with a strong background not only of projects, but also the support services required for a business to operate efficiently and profitably.

The variety of projects and positions held include:

Project engineering and management and project director for civil, structural, mechanical and electrical project;
Demolition projects, including tender development, methodology and site management;
Design management for civil and SMPE&I projects;
Tender management and methodology development for a range of projects;
Precontracts management;
Member of project governance board for Joint Venture project;
Process and procedure development and the certification and maintaining of ISO9001 for materials handling design company; and
Project support, including commercial, quality and safety.
