Culture Change Programs

D3 Alliance work within the organisation to develop cultural change programs. Each of these programs is developed specifically for the organisation based on the need.

This can also include a delivery of the though our facilitators or provide an internal delivery model where we provide a train the trainer process.

Safety Assessments

Successful change has its foundations in preparation. D3 Alliance’s safety assessments are designed to support individuals and organisations to gather the information required to prepare this foundation for change. This process identifies gaps or barriers to performance and develops solutions to achieve sustainable, long-term change.

The assessment and diagnostic processes are custom built to suit the needs of the organisation, focusing on the outcomes and information that are most critical. Typically, assessments may involve:

  • Field-based observations and cultural assessment by the relevant members of our team.

  • Survey and quantitative data collection, including: pulse surveys, questionnaires, structured interviews, focus groups, leadership 360s and other more specific psychometric measures.

Assessment reports deliver practical value, identifying recommendations that allow for quick wins and long-term change and improvement. The reporting process also delivers relevant information to all levels of the organisation in easy-to-understand formats.

Safety Programs (Mental Health and Physical Safety)

D3 Alliance’s team of specialists has a proven track record in the developing organisation-wide programs designed to enhance psychosocial & physical safety performance and improve operational outcomes. All of the D3 Alliance programs are designed and developed by psychologists and industry experts to address the unique needs of each business. This leads to the development of programs that are owned and valued by the organisation. This process also supports the organisation to develop the internal expertise to implement and embed the program within the business.

All D3 Alliance programs are informed by current neuroscience research, which underpins not just the content, but also the delivery format and training process. This ensures interesting, engaging and transformational training experiences.

Coaching and Leadership Development

D3 Alliance’s leadership development and coaching services provide an additional strategy to support businesses to keep their people safe and drive the direction of the organisation.

Coaching programs are designed, developed and delivered by our team of psychologists, and provide a range of positive business and professional development outcomes. Whether focused on developing core safety leadership skills, addressing competence in specific areas of leadership, or supporting leaders to manage the practical challenges they confront in their role, the coaching process can be an invaluable developmental tool.

D3 Alliance’s leadership programs support the ongoing development of ‘soft skills’ for leaders. Designed to enhance the safety and people leadership capacity throughout an organisation, the balanced evidence-based programs are practical in their application and engaging in their delivery. From the executive suite to the front-line, D3 Alliance’s approach to leadership development seeks to support leaders to establish a personal style that engages their team and drives an adaptive approach to challenges.

The leadership development and coaching programs offered by D3 Alliance are supported by research, a suite of industry best practice psychometric assessment tools used to design and direct the coaching process.

Engineering

Our engineers are available to complete a range of multi disciplinary services, including, civil, structural, mechanical and piping. This can include:

  • Project management;

  • General site engineering;

  • Precontracts and tender management;

  • Development of constructions methodologies;

  • Project support services; and

  • Development of processes and procedures.

Gulf Conveyor Systems

From 2018, D3 Alliance has been engaged with Gulf for the provision of project management. In addition to the management of projects, he has developed and implemented processes and procedures to achieve and maintain ISO9001 certification across the business.

Constructions materials company

International construction materials business for which D3 Alliance has completed engineering and safety cultural assessments and developed multiple safety leadership programs, behaviour based safety programs (integrated mental health component). 

This also included the package development train the trainer program development and delivery roll out design and ongoing coaching.

Logistics

This National logistics organisation has worked in partnership with D3 Alliance to develop a wholistic safety culture transformation process. This included the development and rollout of safety climate assessments, workforce engagement process and safety leadership programs.

Power Generation and Supplier

This East Coast power generation company partnered with D3 Alliance for the development of a new core safety program, safety leadership program with a train the trainer delivery model. 

D3 Alliance continues to provide support with ongoing coaching and mentoring program development rollout.

Tunnel construction - Design Management

A recent project in the north west for an iron ore mining company, an overland conveyor is required to have traffic flow over it. This project involved the design management between the civil designer, tunnel structure designer, combined with the delivery and interface between the designers, Construction contractor and EPC contractor.
